Xavier, born in Brittany, has always worked in his native region. An artist at heart (painter, musician), he is above all passionate about cooking and the bounty of his land. During peak season, he is assisted by Noémie, nicknamed "Nono," to offer you creative and flavorful dishes inspired by his love of Brittany and local produce.
