To guarantee your reservation, we ask that you provide us with your bank details.
No amount will be charged in advance in this case (except for promotional rate reservations and special conditions).
Payment will be made on arrival upon your departure, and you can choose your preferred payment method: cash, checks, holiday vouchers, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Cancellation conditions
- During Green Rate Periods:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 8 days before your arrival. After this period, we charge: 10% of the total cost of your stay between 8 days and 24 hours before arrival / 25% of the total cost of your stay if less than 24 hours before arrival.
- During Orange Rate Periods:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. After this period, we charge: 10% of the total stay amount between 30 and 8 days prior / 25% of the total stay amount between 8 days and 24 hours prior / 50% of the total stay amount if less than 24 hours prior.
- During Red Rate periods:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 60 days before your arrival. After this period, we charge: 10% of the total stay amount between 60 and 30 days prior / 25% of the total stay amount between 30 and 8 days prior / 50% of the total stay amount between 15 days and 24 hours prior / 100% of the stay amount if less than 24 hours prior.
